个人简介
陈小刚,2014年本科毕业于兰州大学核科学与技术基地班(放射化学方向),随后以直博生身份推免到华东师范大学河口海岸学国家重点实验室攻读博士学位,并于2019年获得博士学位(河口海岸学),师从杜金洲教授。同时,博士期间在国家留学基金委和华东师范大学等资助下赴澳大利亚国家海洋中心和克罗地亚鲁杰尔博世科维奇研究所进行联合培养,合作导师分别是Isaac R. Santos教授(AGU Fellow)和Neven Cukrov教授。毕业后在西湖大学工学院进行博士后研究工作至2022年,合作导师为李凌讲席教授。2022年2月至12月受聘为西湖大学工学院研究助理教授。目前担任西湖大学工学院研究副教授。

野外工作经历
截至2025年7月,已组织并参与野外科考工作50余次,累计野外工作时间超580天,调查范围覆盖多气候带与多类型水文系统:边缘海(黄渤海)、河口(长江口、黄河口、辽河口、大风江口、鸭绿江口、克罗地亚Krka和Zrmanja河口)、海湾(桑沟湾、海州湾、杭州湾、钦州湾、珍珠湾)、盐沼湿地(黄海湿地、上海崇明东滩、杭州湾庵东浅滩、盘锦红海滩)、红树林(广西茅尾海、海南老爷海和小海、澳大利亚Coffs Creek)、海草床(海南黎安港、山东天鹅湖)、海岛(舟山嵊泗岛、福建平潭岛、大连松木岛、上海崇明岛、克罗地亚Dugi Otok岛)、沙质海滩(广西金银滩和白浪滩、海南高隆湾和石梅湾沙滩、福建平潭沙滩、浙江基湖和南长涂沙滩、山东金沙滩)以及青藏高原湖泊(青海湖、大柴旦、小柴旦、托素湖、可鲁克湖、尕海)等。研究聚焦不同系统地下水-地表水交互过程,形成横跨温带到热带、陆地到海洋的多尺度观测网络,并在盐城麋鹿保护区、杭州湾庵东浅滩、海南老爷海等核心区域实现多年持续监测。
