Abstract:

近年来,水安全问题的关注度在全球范围内不断升高,使个人、社区和整个国家之间的关系变得紧张。基于自然的解决方案(例如海绵城市)的开发与应用,不仅符合“清洁饮水和卫生设施”的联合国可持续发展目标,同时还能够辅助缓解气候变化带来的一系列相关生态环境问题(例如城市热岛效应和极端洪水)。其中,人工湿地和生态缓冲坡作为可在大小地理尺度下灵活实施的措施,仍缺乏较为深入的研究。因此,在国家双碳目标和人工智能飞速发展的大背景下,我们在评估其净水和蓄水等基础能力上,重点关注并加强其对温室气体的减排能力,同时优化其自身的智慧调节能力,以期达到以点成线,以线成面的系统。

 

Recently, water insecurity has been on the rise worldwide, straining relations between individuals, communities, and entire countries. The development and applications of Nature-based Solutions (e.g., Sponge Cities), not only align with the UN Sustainable Development Goal of “Clean Water and Sanitation”, but also offer significant potential for mitigating a range of climate change-induced eco-environmental challenges, including the urban heat island effect and extreme flooding. However, measures like constructed wetlands and ecological buffer slopes, which can be flexibly implemented at various scales, still require more in-depth studies. Therefore, against the backdrop of National Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals and the rapid development of AI, on the basis of evaluating its basic capabilities, such as water purification and water storage, we focus on enhancing its ability to reduce GHGs emissions, while optimising its own smart regulation capabilities.
